Keeping QR, web and display menus showing the same thing
A menu that differs across channels erodes trust fast. Here's how to publish one catalog everywhere it needs to appear.

The cost of mismatched menus
A customer who scans a QR code and finds a different price than the one on your display loses confidence in more than just that item. Menu mismatches are small operational gaps with an outsized effect on trust.
Update the item, not the channel
The fix is structural: maintain one catalog entry per item — name, price, availability — and publish it out to web, QR and display, instead of maintaining three separate lists that all need to be remembered.
Plan for daypart changes
Breakfast, lunch and evening menus often need to change automatically. Scheduling those changes in advance avoids relying on someone remembering to switch a display by hand every day.
Quick checklist
- Treat every item as one catalog entry, not three
- Publish availability changes to every channel at once
- Schedule daypart changes instead of manual switches
- Spot-check all three channels weekly
