Running the same daily standard across every location
Consistency across branches doesn't mean identical branches. Here's how to publish one standard with room for exceptions.

Central standard, local execution
A shared standard — the same opening routine, the same review process — gives every branch the same baseline. Publishing it centrally means updates reach everyone at once, instead of drifting branch by branch.
Where exceptions belong
Not every branch is identical. A location with a different footprint may need an adjusted routine, or a different item price. Those exceptions should sit on top of the shared standard, not replace it entirely.
Reviewing across branches
A regional or area manager needs a view across locations, not a separate login per branch. Reviewing flagged tasks and attendance across the group in one place is what makes a shared standard enforceable.
Quick checklist
- Publish routines centrally, once
- Keep branch exceptions layered, not duplicated
- Give area managers a cross-branch review view
- Track which branches deviate, and why
